1. Introduction
Welcome to Glow. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the App, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the App. By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
Device Limit
Each purchase of the App grants you a maximum of three (3) licenses (activations).
Volume Licensing
If you require additional licenses beyond the three (3) provided, you must contact us directly for assistance.
Revocation
Licenses may be revoked in special situations at our discretion (e.g., piracy or abuse). You may not use the App for any other purpose without our prior written consent.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App in any way that:
- Violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
- Infringes on the rights of others, including intellectual property rights.
- Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading.
- Is harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
- Interferes with the operation of the App or any other party’s use and enjoyment of the App.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality of the App (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by Glow, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any material from the App without our prior written consent.
5. Pricing and Purchases
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time.
6. Refund Policy

You are eligible for a refund within 14 days of your purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
- 🧾 Proof of Purchase
To process your refund, we require a valid proof of purchase, which includes the email used during the purchase on Gumroad.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the App, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
8. macOS Compatibility and Updates
Glow interacts deeply with the macOS system interface (Menu Bar) to provide its customization features. Please be aware that:
- System Updates: Updates to the macOS operating system (provided by Apple) may occasionally change how the Menu Bar functions, which could temporarily affect Glow's performance or functionality.
- Beta Software: We do not guarantee stability on macOS Beta versions.
- Limitation: While we strive to update the App quickly following macOS updates, Glow is not responsible for interruptions caused by significant changes to the operating system's architecture.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the App or our website. Your continued use of the App following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
